Some key elements of our work culture:
At ConnectM, everybody is equal and this is reflected in all our policies and processes, so all employees irrespective, enjoy the same privileges. Everyone plays by the same rules!
We value performance, so for us, Merit is the King – our reward and recognition programs encourage and reward performers.
Besides putting in hard work, we want our employees to be comfortable and enjoy themselves while at work. We have aimed at putting together an atmosphere that encourages the same. There is no Dress Code for the ConnectMites and last Friday of every month is ‘Fun@ConnectM.’
At ConnectM we have the Flexi-timing policy. We believe that our employees are responsible and do not lose sight of what they need to deliver and when. Flexi-timing thus allows them to mould their working hours and conditions to suit their personal preferences.
Last but not the least, our culture is one that encourages learning. May it be learning by experience or learning from others.. From time to time ConnectMites gather under the “Banyan Tree” which is a common forum to share ideas and knowledge with one another.
